Good to know

How do I collect my tree?

Come along during your pickup time, give us your name or pickup code, and we'll bring your tree to you. Pickup times: Sat 5 Dec, 9am to 12pm at Hawthorn RSL.

How tall are the trees?

We sell 5', 6' and 7' trees, measured from the base of the trunk to the tip. They're natural trees, so every one has its own shape.

Do I need a stand?

A stand keeps your tree straight and holds the water it needs to stay fresh. Add one to your order and it will be waiting with your tree.

I have a voucher code. Where do I use it?

Enter it in the voucher box before you pay. Codes only work on the Hawthorn RSL Christmas Trees site.

How do I pay?

You pay in full online when you reserve, by card (or Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports it). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see your card details.

How do I keep my tree fresh?

Keep the stand topped up with water every day, especially in the first week, and keep the tree away from heaters and direct sun.
